I  did  a  test.

Shipping price is correct:

please change the country to any other like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or any other than kuwait and you will see this issue. the issue is that the shipping cost that shows on the checkout page, is way too high. when you proceed to payment, you will notice the total payment is correct and on the checkout its too high because of the shipping
