Hello,

I have a major issue going on with the website checkout page. if I choose some other currency other than KWD, the shipping price show way too different and when I move on to pay, it calculates the correct amount. To calculate the shipping, im using a plugin that automatically calculates shipping based on country and city. With my default currency, it shows correct price, but with other currencies, the price is completely wrong and when I select a payment method, it calculates the correct price. I checked with the shipping team and they asked us to check with you and also check with you if there is any javascript error

This is what the shipping company replied:

woocommerce-multi-currency plugin should add myfatoorah_shipping into its shipping list to avoid the wrong amount issue.

Regarding the mentioned case, please add a hotfix at line 102 on the file wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multi-currency/frontend/shipping.php on your test server and test the scenario again.

Once everything is working fine on the test server, your team can do the same on the live server and take care to do the same after any updates in the woocommerce-multi-currency plugin until they add myfatoorah_shipping to their shipping list.

Hello

woocommerce-multi-currency - This is not my plugin.  Please write which currency plugin you are using

read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher realmag777 is the plugin im using. the issue is with other currency like QAR, SAR, AED. KWD is working fine.

This is a conflict with a third party plugin - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hello , I have pasted my license key, and update the plugin to the latest version: 2.3.9.2. But the issue is still there. I have deactivated other plugins to see a conflict and still no luck.

The only issue is that upon calculating, the shipping price shows wrong, and when you go ahead and pay with Qatar NAPS, it shows the price which is actually supposed to be made. This is an urgent issue

Hello

Did  you  read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

I have deactivated other plugins to see a conflict and still no luck. - Conflict with third party shipping plugin

You can add wp-admin+FTP access to  your  test site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

I'll add it to the adaptation queue

Hello, I have added the access of the website. There is no test site for this anymore, so it is the live where the issue persists

Hello

To adapt a third-party plugin (code research), we need FTP access.

If you don't have a test site, I highly recommend doing so. Development on a live site is not safe, it can cause the site to work incorrectly (while working with the code)

Hello,

I have added the url for the test site and the FTP details you requested. Please note that the issue is when you choose any other country than Kuwait.

The Shipping amount will be wrong, and when you go ahead pay, it will show The correct price on the payment portal.

This is what the company said:

"woocommerce-multi-currency plugin should add myfatoorah_shipping into its shipping list to avoid the wrong amount issue.

Hello

I want to write again ( https://c2n.me/4hlFT9c.png ): woocommerce-multi-currency - We have nothing to do with this third party currency switcher.  This solution does not suit us because it is a different plugin. We don't have any hotfix because their support writes about a completely different plugin.

I added this to the adaptation queue

What do you mean you have nothing to do with the third party currency switcher. I have explained many times that I am using this plugin for currency switcher.

https://currency-switcher.com is this not your plugin? when I press on support, it redirects me to this support page. the term"woocommerce-multi-currency” is being used as an example by the DHL company. Please advice how can this issue be fixed now? It has been weeks and there is no update on this matter.

Hello

I wrote this about a response from a third-party plugin support service -  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221213084159.png - This tip doesn't make sense because it's not my plugin

Please note that there is a difference in the title - woocommerce-multi-currency AND  woocommerce-currency-switcher

woocommerce-multi-currency - it's a third party plugin

woocommerce-currency-switcher - this is my plugin and I will investigate the possibility of adapting for my plugin

My apologies, we are using woocommerce-currency-switcher which is your plugin. we aren’t using any woocommerce-multi-currency. There has been a misunderstanding from my end. Kindly let me know about the fix for the issue that i mentioned.

Hello

OK! I will write to you as soon as we get the result.

Hello Pablo,

hope all is well. I wanted to check in to see if there is any update on this matter. Kindly let me know

Looks like the shipping plugin isn't working. - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221223143934.png

Hello, I have fixed both the issues. Updated the password in the private tab and made the plugin work. you will not have an issue checking it now

Hello

OK! I will write to you as soon as we get the result.
