We wrote HUSKY, FOX, BEAR and the rest of our plugins ourselves. When one of them has to do something its settings do not cover, or it collides with your theme, we can do that work for you.
What we take on
- Conflicts between our plugin and your theme or another plugin
- Features built on top of our plugins for one specific shop
- Snippets and hooks for behaviour the settings do not reach
- Bulk data work: prices, attributes, per-currency values, imports that write the right meta
- Finding out why something works everywhere else and not on your site
What we do not take on
- Building or designing sites, themes, or shops from scratch
- Server administration, hosting, maintenance contracts, SEO
- Work on a live shop with no staging copy and no backup
We also do not promise a result before we have looked. Third-party conflicts sometimes turn out to be unfixable from our side, and we say so rather than bill you for finding out slowly.
Bug reports stay free
If our plugin is broken, that is not custom work. Report it on the support forum and we fix it in a release, whatever you bought and whenever you bought it.
The rate
80 EUR per hour. One hour is the minimum for any task, so a ten-minute fix still costs 80 EUR.
You get an estimate in writing before anything starts. We invoice after the work is delivered and you have confirmed it works. If a task turns out to need more hours than estimated, you hear about it before we spend them, not after.
We take one task at a time. Finish it, confirm it, then open the next one.
Getting an estimate
Write to us through the contact form with:
- the URL of the page where the problem is visible
- what should happen, and what happens instead
- which of our plugins you use and which version
- whether you have a staging copy, or can make one
We reply with what we think it will take and what it will cost. If we think the answer is a setting you already have, or something you can do yourself in ten minutes, we tell you that instead of quoting you.
