Any price that we input in custom price field it takes as GBP currency ( it is our base currency ) even if the selected currency is USD. On cart page it shows the converted price from GBP to USD. But it should show the Selected currency price.

It should work like if we select USD and we enter an amount it work with USD but it takes the amount in GBP currency. On next page it convert GBP to USD.

However, we are still seeing the same issues and therefore the original feedback we gave you still applies.

 

Issue 1:

Click on AUD, enter the value 10.00 and click on Donate Now.

The next page will show the donation summary / cart page.  There it should show the USD value at 10.00.  Instead, it displays USD 13.94.  This means that it is still considering the initial input as GBP.  And sure enough in brackets on the cart page it shows (£10.00 approx).  What we need is when a donor inputs their donation value in their selected currency, then in the cart page that same value and currency should display.  Instead it is converting the initial amount entered. We should be able to choose the currency for example USD, then enter 10.00 then go to cart, see USD 10.00 and then click on proceed to checkout and see USD 10.00 there too, which isn't happening. It is showing the coverted figure based on the intial input value which is seems to be considering as GBP.   Please test it to experience it for yourself and please advise if you can resolve this?

If you visit this page and keep your eye on the values displayed, then keep switching currency, you will notice that the values don't convert by currency selection, only the currency symbol changes.  Can you please advise if you can resolve this?

 

Please add your adaptation scripts as you previously mentioned and then please retest issues 1 and 2.

It is working in raised and target amount as you sent the screenshot. But on checkout page it is not working. When we enter the amount in Name your price Plugin input amount field while we select the US dollar currency but it takes it as £ pound actually on checkout page and convert pound amount into dollar amount.

Please check in screenshot. I have entered 7.00 US dollar while i have selected US currency.

But I press Donate Now and go for checkout page it shows 7.00 as Pound currency and coverts 7.00 pound to 9.91 US dollar currency.

While it should 7.00 US dollar.
