Yes, this setting must be enabled if you use the cache

any issues resulting from this I should discuss with the third party provider. - Since they have full compatibility (in the documentation) with my plugin, you should contact their support. if they do not have a solution - write to me, I will start research as described in this article - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs
