Hi Pablo,

We are facing several issues with our site. It is multilanguage, multicurrency.

For some languages currencies cannot be switched, for some they can but when you go to product details they are in the base currency.

Each product has variations that are sometimes not applied or calculated correctly.

My question is : do you also do custom support (with hourly rate) ? Our site is fully up to date plugin wise and I suspect this could have to do with caching. We are hosted at Siteground.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Michel

Hello Michel

Please  paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130614.png

Drop me  exact link to the  issue

Hi Pablo,

I just bought and upgraded to the latest version. Switching seems ok so far , what I still see (please take the following steps):

  • Go to https://www.quizxpress.com/shop and set the currency to USD
  • Then, click on 'view product' at the 'QuizXpress keypad bundle'  (or any product, just using this as an illustration). You will still see the prices in USD which is correct. But, when you check the 'batteries' optional field, it says '+$21' while in fact this is the Euro amount (+€21; so it is not converted).  The 'backup cable'  optional field is correctly converted though ($24,28 which is €21,95). When I add select the option though, 21.95 is added instead of 24.

We use siteground with caching. Can you please check if the cache settings I made are ok?

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello Michel

This is an incompatibility with third-party functionality.  read  this please - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hi Pablo,

So, with which third-party plugin the incompatibility exists ?

Unfortunately, I can't recommend a specific plugin. You need to do tests

Hi Pablo,

How can you then draw the conclusion that the erroneous behaviour is due to a plugin ? Do you offer custom (paid) support ?

Hello

How can you then draw the conclusion that the erroneous behaviour is due to a plugin ?  - Disable this third party plugin and do a test

Do you offer custom (paid) support ? - As described in the article, you can request a free adaptation  - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hi Pablo,

I guess you are referring to the plugin that shows the additional options with the product. When I deactivate that, there are no options to choose from next to the products though, so by definition it will not work.

But, will request the adaptation, thanks for your suggestion.

Another question, I am referred to the forum for the request. Should I just write the request there ? Basically this thread shows the issue already.

Please add  wp-admin+FTP access to  your test  site

add  link  to  a  site  of this  third-party plugin

I'll add it to the adaptation queue

Thanks Pablo,

FTP access added.

The plugin is : Advanced Product Fields Pro for WooCommerce

Hello

The author of this third-party plugin has indicated compatibility - https://c2n.me/4ffjQZI.png  Have you written to their support?

Hi Pablo,

No I have not, will do that now. Thanks for pointing out.

Great! It is quite possible that the solution already exists and you just need to configure the plugin correctly

H Pablo,

Next to the issue described above, I also see that when I select USD on the shop main page, when I go to product details, the price is again in Euro.

Note: when I purge the cache, seems to be ok. But after a while it happens again.

Hello

Please  check  this  option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220330075925.png

I tried that option, but when I do that the total price remains fixed, also when I change the options that should add an amount to the total.

This setting is necessary for correct work with the cache.

also when I change the options that should add an amount to the total. - I'm assuming it's a third party plugin. - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220330100310.png and - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20220330100353.png

OK Thanks Pablo, so you are saying the setting should be on, and any issues resulting from this I should discuss with the third party provider.
