Hi Pablo, looking further, it seems that the first time I load the above URL in a private browsing session, it loads with the GBP price - and then the next time it loads (correctly) with the Euro price.

Anything you can do to urgently help solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - is there any update please? The client is getting extremely concerned due to the lack of sales so we really need an urgent response.

At the moment, it seems to me that the GeoIP settings are overriding the GET parameters. My colleague in Bangladesh found that the Euros page loaded immediately, but then he switched to VPN and found that the GBP page loaded first (even though the URL has the EUR GET parameter), and then the Euros page on refreshing.

Is there a way to ensure the GET parameters are prioritised above the GeoIP rules?

Hello

it loads with the GBP price - and then the next time it loads (correctly) with the Euro price. - Please read my message - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241024100528.png

Is there a way to ensure the GET parameters are prioritised above the GeoIP rules?  - GeoIP works only for the first visit (incognito mode does not affect this).  GeoIP does not work when the currency is specified in the GET request

Hi Pablo,

If you read my previous messages, you will see that we had already turned Prices Preloader off - we have tried it both and off and it made no difference to the specific issue we were having.

Ultimately we have completely disabled GeoIP and it has solved the problem. For some reason, even though the currency was specified in the GET request, it was still being overridden by the GeoIP. Our issue seems to be resolved but you may want to feed that back to your developers to take a look for other customers.

Thanks anyway.

Hello

you will see that we had already turned Prices Preloader off   - Of course I saw it, and as I wrote earlier it's just animation and doesn't affect the functionality at all.

main option to redraw cached prices - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241025101913.png

For some reason, even though the currency was specified in the GET request,  - Yes, this is very strange! I will pass this on to the developers.  Do you add the currency to the GET request yourself? Can  you drop  me  a link? ( I want to check if the link is formed correctly )
