We found the problem, It was not a product deletion, We are running multi vendor marketplace website. there is a vendor management panel, Through this panel can disable or enable shops. That shop/vendor ID 9531, was temporarily disable. One of the authorized employees here temporarily disabled it and did not know that. ((:
That's why the store was hidden and we didn't see any products, in one second everything was sorted out and everything working.
