So, what I wanted to tell here is, for example - original order was INR 3000, and let's say due to the prices we have set the value in USD is USD 300. So, now, this USD 300 should have got converted to equivalent INR but currently it is taking INR 3000 at the order-pay page and then this is getting passed to the payment gateway.
For this custom solution, you need to change the code in a third-party plugin
The currency plugin is yours and the gateway plugin takes whatever value is passed to it, please check.

I actually checked it. I researched third party code (I gave you a screenshot) . the gateway plugin only uses one currency INR, it doesn't matter which store currency. It does not depend on my plugin, it does not even depend on the store settings, in this payment system orders are formed only in one currency (this is what the author of this third-party plugin did)
For example, paypal works correctly.
So, shouldn't the conversion of $300 to equivalent INR happen?
Not! if a third party plugin just changes any value to INR. My plugin manages the currency only up to the checkout page. Further, these forms are processed by payment plugins and create an order
It seems the issue is in the custom code you have provided. Please check the screenshot
We tried selecting PayPal as the payment method and it shows this error.
Also, we have noticed that with the custom code enabled, paypal smart buttons don't show and with the code disabled, they start showing.
Please check in incognito mode too, it doesn't show there.
Also, please note that this is a live site with people ordering on it, whenever any settings are modified please revert them back once your work for the day on the site is done else our customers start complaining on the issues. This is a request.

On changing the billing country to US, it is not changing the order currency to USD now as the theme as has been changed.

This is not a payment systems issue. Please check below -
On activating the actual theme i.e. the Paypal buttons are not showing - https://prnt.sc/UVE-uVBnO6GW
On selecting the Razorpay option - https://prnt.sc/Idlza4NxeXnH it is showing in $, as mentioned earlier we have it activated for the international too. - It seems to be working fine on the test link, however, not on the main link and this issue for sure is not with the payment system.
