The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

Any idea if this will be fixed for sure and if yes, by when? I kind of need to launch my store really soon and it's already delayed a lot. If it's going to take a while, or if you're not sure if it's possible - I'd like to know. Thank you.

Another developer will check this today. Unfortunately, I do not know if this can be fixed.

By when can you know and tell me? Because if I'm not wrong, you will need me to have the plugin on my site to be able to diagnose the root issue, solve it and test it.

If you are unsure about that too, I will be requesting a refund and start using another alternative (none as good as yours, unfortunately). Please let me know. Thank you.
