Can I disable  plugins/theme  to test?

How do I add FTP access? - just like you added wp-admin access/ if you don't know where to get FTP access, please, ask your hosting support

Yes you can go ahead and disable the theme.

If I give you logon to my c-panel will you be able to do what you need from there?

If this is the plugin causing the problem, I am happy for it to be disabled (or deleted)

Can you reactivate the other plugins and confirm that the Euro option is working properly again?
