We have a problem with refreshing pages / subpages and moving to the next subpages. Then they refresh the currencies or the settings return to the selected ones in a longer time. but unfortunately for this issue we don't really have a good solution at moment
for this kind of plugin , like multi-language or multi-currency , we will need to have a cookie that set onto user's browser to differentiate and vary the cache , but in your case, this plugin doesn't set any cookie on user side :(
