Woocs side Switcher showing on wrong side on bottom level pages

I have set the side switcher to right side. It shows up correctly on main page, but on shop page and category pages it is showing on left page (but still with right page formatting so looks weird). It also then prevents customers from being able to select anything in the side bar anywhere near the tabs, which is where our category listings are.
