Apologies, we assumed that the www.yourdomain.com/cpanel link was a standard one for Cpanel access. But we've now added it in private data for you. It will automatically redirect to the server's cpanel login - login details are also in private data.

Then it must be a problem with some setting in the Swift Performance Lite plugin. It is designed to speed up the website (like WP Rocket) and it is the only one which have switched back on in the last couple of days. Server and Cloudflare caches are all still switched off.
There are multiple controls in the settings of the plugin to control what is cached and how but not sure which one of these might be causing the issue since we're not sure what JS files you are referring to and what code you want to add. But actually, there is a section in the plugin settings called "Plugin Organiser" and it allows for specific rules to be added there for any active plugin (including WOOCS). Would it work for you to add the line you want to add as a rule there?

The problem is not what code I can add. It does not matterThe plugin converts the slider value on the fly(on JS file - https://c2n.me/48zEHGr.jpg). For this, it has variables like rate and currency symbol. It looks like the caching/optimization plugin is caching these variables. Why I think so: After any update of the file, the cache is cleared and the slider is converted correctly.Try excluding the plugin from caching

Thank you for the explanation. I am not a programmer so I'm not sure if I understood you correctly.
You are saying that there is a setting or a bit of code added by Swift Performance Lite which is caching the variables which WOOCS uses to do the filter conversions? Effectively that it does some kind of override of the WOOCS function there?
Can you let me know what update to the file you did which then made the filter perform correctly? (in other words what you did which made you work out that Swift was overriding something in WOOCS)
From what we can see, there is no manual override for a plugin but specific rules can be added/excluded in Swift which should fix the issue. This would seem to be the way to do it.

what update to the file you did which then made the filter perform correctly? - Any! You can put any set of characters (the main thing is that it does not cause a JS error) Then the cache is updated and everything works correctly - but this is temporary until the cache starts working again
Unfortunately, I don't know how to set up Swift. I believe that this caching is configured on the server side.
In any case, it seems that I understood the reason for this error and will pass it on to the developer. And I think he will find some kind of solution

Do you have a timeframe of when the developer might be able to take a look at it?

Thank you very much for the fix, appreciate it. :)
Would you mind letting me know what code you had to insert where for it? We didn't get any alerts about any changes being done via the WP admin panel of the website so was it something which was done through FTP?
We did notice a small bug in the fix though. The price range on the filter does not show the correct bottom value but it shows a lower amount than that, even if there are no product for that price. So for example, if you navigate to the main dresses page, enter Canadian dollars as currency, the filter will show a range of $54 - $200 Canadian. But order the products from lowest price to the highest and the cheapest products actually cost $64 CAD. So the bottom range of the filter is not showing the correct starting point which should be CA$64 but it's showing $54 instead. It is the same in the other currencies, even USD. Here is a screenshot of the error:

Quote from netmined on August 17, 2020, 22:21Hello,
Thank you for the code snippet details, that's very useful.
We ran the test and the error on the price which displays on the low end of the filter is still there. We've had a look at some of the other plugins which might be causing this but can't seem to find anything specific. To be honest, I've run out of energy and patience with the filter and trying to work out where this latest bug might be coming from. If you have any suggestions regarding what it might be or where to look, let me know but otherwise we might just have to let this one stay there as it is.
In relation to your fix for the currency switcher issue though, we have the WOOCS license purchased on two sites and the other site also has the same problem with the currency not switching properly in the filter. (details, login etc. for this site are all in private data. Server and ftp access is the same). Would you mind implementing these code snippets on that site as well so that the currency switcher in the filter gets fixed? Themes and relevant plugins are the same for both sites.
Much appreciate your help.
