WOOCS breaks Dynamic Caching with SG Optimizer plugin (Siteground hosting)

With WOOCS plugin enabled, it breaks the dynamic caching plugin feature of"SG Optimizer" plugin from Siteground-hosted websites.

Is there any reason why it would do this and how can I fix this? Dynamic caching is crucial for my website but I also need the currency switcher as well.

Sorry, I'm not sure what your video shows - you need to click the"Test" button for it to check if it is cached or not.

Also, another plugin must be deactivated for the cache to work:"Autonami Marketing Automations For WordPress". The developer of that plugin is also working on a solution which is a different problem to WOOCS.

(Both plugins must be deactivated for the cache to work).
