Hi, we used to have several currencies with the paid version of this plugin. A development company updated the site and deployed it back to our production hosting, now its saying its not licenced. How do we fix?

It looks like you removed the paid version of the plugin and installed the free one
You should uninstall(delete) the free version and install the paid one - https://codecanyon.net/downloads

If you do not have access to the account from which you (your developer) purchased the license, you will not be able to install the paid version of the plugin

Hi, the original developer finally replied, he has an"Item Purchase Code", but there is nothing like a licence key.
Unfortunately, I just repurchased the plugin.
- how do I"fix" my current installation which says its the free version, not the purchased one? I cant find any mention of licence key in the plugin or the admin panel.
- Can I get a refund of the duplciate licence I just purchased?

Thanks. I havent been able to find anything like a licence key, either on the original purchase or the one I did yesterday. The only thing I can find is "item purchase code". Can you get the key from this?
Note, I already have the original paid version installed, Its just reverted itself back to the free version.
Given I have the item purchase code, where can I configure this so I can convert the existing install form the"free" version to the paid version? This is getting quite urgent, as this is preventing us form going live, so any help appreciated.
I haven't been able to find any documentation on how to install the paid for version, or how to delete the current version. Do I need to FTP the downloaded zip file to some folder on the server?
