Here is the aboslute path:
/home/master/applications/rmxhufsgzp/public_html/wp-content/plugins
When they login, they are in master folder so they have to proceed as:
applications/rmxhufsgzp/public_html/wp-content/plugins

These are 2 ways see which one works
