Conditions - If you mean this extension - https://products-filter.com/extencion/conditionals - Unfortunately this does not work depending on the choice of a specific term.
if you mean archive(category) page - this attribute will only be displayed on category pages that have products with this attribute
We can try to customize the plugin code. Describe in more detail where you want to display this attribute(what page link)
