Hi,

For a client of us we're using the WOOCS currency switcher (premium). Unfortunately we noticed some strange behavior.

The default pricing is in Euros and they are using some additional currencies like USD, GBP, CHF, NOK and CAD. Most of them are using two decimals and some only rounded prices.

At random moments some of the products are shown with rounded prices where decimals are used, for example in Euros. This happens in the product overview and product detail page at the front-end (shopping cart and checkout are fine) and in the overview in the backend (in the product-editor pricing is correct).
So for example a product that is 12,95 EUR is shown as 13,00 EUR.

In the database we can only find the correct pricing (12,95).

Just as the rounded prices occurs at random they also change back to the correct pricing at random (this can take a while).
My guess is that all prices are corrected after some action happend with one the products (does not matter which product). For example, if I save a random product without making any changes the pricing of all products is being corrected.
After a while the problem occurs again.

Is this a known issue?

My plugin has no price rounding feature.  I advise you to find a custom code in this site that rounds prices

Hi,

Thank you for you quick response.

We are not using any custom code for rounded prices. For pricing we only use WooCommerce with the WOOCS add-on on a multi-site environment.

So the rounded prices cannot be something that happens (goes wrong) because of the additional currencies, the ones without decimals, that are also available (based on location) on the website?

Hello

My plugin doesn't round  prices.

To round  prices, you need to customize the code - https://currency-switcher.com/hook/woocs_raw_woocommerce_price/  - if you haven't used this code, then another plugin does it

Hi,

We're going to investigate this problem and hope to find the plug-in or code that is causing the problem.

To investigate this I would like to, temporarily, disable the WOOCS-plugin. So just to be sure, are all the currencies/prices that where added to each product kept in de database while the plugin is disabled and are they restored when enabling the plugin again?
