FOX does support automatic currency switching based on the visitor's country — this is a built-in feature and does not require the widget to be visible at all. You can simply disable or hide the widget entirely, and the auto-detection will still work in the background.

You can set refund request to CodeCanyon and after review it will be approved or declined
for me its completely not working, even if i set up the welcome currency for example on USD, its still EUR - even if i check with all browsers and on other devices

This functionality works for years. In tab Options enable"I am using cache plugin on my site" -> Save -> Reset all kinds of cache on your site. Remeber that you cannot make tests in the same browser as it alreasy remeber your choise, test it in another ones. Also provide site link here or in privare area of this ticket + purchase code

I firstly entered your site and I see (from Spain):
EUR displays, then I tried https://proxyium.com/ and select USA there, I see USD:
Works fine!
We checked your site and geo IP is working correctly — the currency switches automatically based on the visitor location.
The issue you experienced is most likely a browser cookie. FOX saves the visitor's currency choice in a cookie, so if you ever manually selected EUR in that browser, it will stay on EUR regardless of your location. This is expected behavior.
Before concluding that something is broken, please test in the following ways: open a completely fresh private/incognito window, or test in a different browser you have never used on your site, or ask someone in a different country to open the site and confirm what currency they see.
