Rate breaks on some orders and breaks reports

The rate on some orders (even with the right currency) is showing 1:1 and breaks reporting. The client gets charged the right amount in his/her currency and we get the right amount of money, but the currency rate is wrong inside the woocommerce order and the report breaks.
It happens with random orders as it's not a problem with one specific currency.

For example, I have clients paying in COP with Stripe, on some random orders I get a rate of 1:1 vs USD and that breaks the reports. I cannot update the rate in the order page and I don't know how to avoid this happening again.

Login details saved, yes it happens only with stripe and on random orders, you’ll find those orders as they make days jump from the average $1k-$3k to $80k+
Also after adding the switcher, Binance Pay stopped working, even when USD is selected it never redirects customers to make the payment.

Just that order has problems, the other ones don't (even with the same currency and payment method). The rate MXN to USD is 1 in that order, that is wrong.

I'm having issues with the GeoIP too, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. And the switcher works sometimes and sometimes it won't switch to the selected currency. I really need a deep look at it, do you offer any expert checkup and configuration? I don't mind paying the right amount for it.

Removed it and nothing changed, 2 orders today had the rate broken and broke the Woocommerce Sales Report

Additionally, let me know if you can help me check why BinancePay won’t let customers checkout when the plugin is active (even after selecting USD as currency)
And, is it possible to force a currency if the customer selects an specific payment method? IE. I have PayPal connected, I would like customers to see that option even if the currency is not accepted by PayPal, and if they do select it, make the currency USD?
Finally, is it possible to make the currency change reload the page quicker? I feel the currency switcher is working but it takes a couple seconds to start the page reload after a currency is switched.

About the animation, I like that one, the one I’m talking about if in the single product page, once another currency is selected in the switcher, the page reload starts after 2-3 seconds, so at first it feels as the switcher didn’t work. Is there a way t add an animation there? Or make the reload start immediately after switching currencies?
