Our store is based in CAD and when clients switch to USD, an automatic 25% discount is applied to the price. Please help!

Better if you will create test subdomain and clone the site by https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and provide access there + ftp, because support will do experiment, and this avoid mess with alive site
