You need to log-in to create request (topic) to the support

Products sometimes showing with out tax. And 3 ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments calls are made.

This support system is for all types of the plugins as for premium versions, so for free ones! If you have premium version do not forget in the private data of the request (!!not in the text of the support request!!) after its publishing insert purchase code please (see green button on the right side) and press Save button.

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

Hi on my client's site we have 2 issues.

  1. Sometimes the products on the archive, single and shopping are shown without tax.  And it is often not all products but just some.
    Notice :We have different tax rules and depending on country tax should be shown.

    But right now from Denmark this product is showing as 1600 until i put it to cart and it changes to 2000.-

    It is difficult to debug.

  2. The other issue we are facing is that the site is making 3 calls of ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments is there anything to do about that since it will affect their server a lot black Friday

    We are using litespeed cache with this in .htaccess that the hosting provider sent to us:

I would love to get support on this. But since it is "small" Black Friday tomorrow I need to implement our backup solution which is to put in the same tax all over the world. Then you will be able to see the changing prices. But maybe you could help us out after, or if you already know why the price is set wrong, and also why the 3 calls are there it would be great.


  1. It needs to be investigated. As soon as you are ready write me and  add FTP access I will  check  it. Better drop me  access  to a test site.
  2. Yes it can be. Some themes have custom templates for mini cart and make a request for redrawing carts. My plugin also redraws the cart to update the currency. try  in file  \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-currency-switcher\js\front.js comment/delete this  line -
