I have a marketplace and I am using Dokan with Elementor plugin for it.

I added a single currency (Euro) using your plugin

Sellers enter their products in Euros, but buyers see the products in Turkish Lira and buy them in Turkish Lira. The system is working fine.

However, prices are not reflected in our Facebook and Instagram stores.

We automatically transfer our products to these stores with the"Facebook for WooCommerce" plugin.

After installing your plugin, the prices were never updated again, but the products continue to be in these stores and we don't get an error.

Can you help me with this?

Have you contacted third party plugin support yet?

Perhaps this plugin checks the current currency and makes synchronization(works for specific currency).

Frankly, I didn't question it because the plugin was written by Facebook.

I assumed all currencies in the world were valid.

Should I send them a support ticket?

Yes, you should contact the support of this third-party plugin. Ask if they support multicurrency and link to  docs
