The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. The system is by Avada.
I will try to contact paypal about the issue. Also I will send you a note if they can solve it.

Solved!
I leave in blank the Disable on pages field on Options label and I hide the pages that I want on Hide on the pages field on Side switcher label and it's working in both currencies now.
