Hi,

I'm having a problem with the free version while I'm checking how this works before purchasing the full version.

When trying to checkout with Paypal everything works well with the 'BASIC' currency selected in the 'CURRENCIES' tab, but the second currency allowed in the free version doesn't work. Then if I choose that second currency as 'BASIC' in the same tab then this works but not the other currency.

Can you please let me know how this can be resolved or is this a limitation of the free version?

Thank you for your response. I checked and the currency code is correct. The problem is that when the basic currency (in CURRENCIES tab) is USD I can launched the Paypal checkout in that currency and I received response to proceed with the payment as normal, but I can't received response If I tried in GBP (in the same session or same cart checkout).

Then If I change the basic to GBP I can launched the Paypal checkout in GBP but not is USD.

So in both cases I can launched the Paypal Checkout but I just received response from the Paypal to proceed whith the payment with the currency that is choosed as BASIC in the CURRENCIES tab.

In both cases I'm able to see the prices in the currency that I choose.

Can you please let me know how this can be resolved or is this a limitation of the free version?

Who is the author of the payment system plugin?

you can also contact paypal support they should have logs - this will give information about the cause of the error
