Prices are 0 When I enable "Is multiple allowed"

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

When I enable "Is multiple allowed" option, the cart showme the prices in 0.00 we have the store in COP (Colombian Pesos) and we try to convert to USD, the exchange rate is: 0.00029 (aprox)... for example if I set the exhange rate manually to: COP (1) and USD (0.5) the conversion fail in a product with price 50,000 COP converts to 3125 USD if I change the rate to USD (o.o5) the price is now: 0.31 USD...

for this reason when I set the rate to USD (0.00029) always return 0 USD.

If I disable "Is Multiple allowed" option, the cart price and conversion works well, but Paypal doesn't allow to pay in COP for this reason is very important convert prices to USD... so we need the "Is Multiple allowed" option.

Please Help me to solve this trouble We're interesting to add one or two new currencies but we need that this trouble will be fixed befor we can buy the pro version.

It looks like a problem in double conversion in the cart. This behavior may cause third-party plugins.

Try  to  deactivate  all  plugins except woo+woocs   and  do test

 

Hi, yes, the issue is with the free plugin:  Taxonomy/Term and Role based Discounts for WooCommerce

Can you help us to fix this issue? or if you prefer we can buy WOOCS plugin now for obtain your support, we have not problem if this help to solve this issue quickly, but we need both plugins functions.
