Looks like here is misunderstanding between search links, so here is it link which generated by the plugin when I click on Uomo: https://www.spinnaker.ge.it/categoria-prodotto/altitude/outdoor/abbigliamento/giacche-abbigliamento/swoof/genere-uomo/

And here is the link which applied in in shop menu: https://www.spinnaker.ge.it/categoria-prodotto/scarpe/?swoof=1&genere=uomo&really_curr_tax=6026-product_cat - its not right, SEO links enabled on the site, and its make mess, you should replace that links in menu to avoid confusing. Filter by self works, deal is in links placed into the shop menu, replace them to clean ones like https://www.spinnaker.ge.it/categoria-prodotto/altitude/outdoor/abbigliamento/giacche-abbigliamento/swoof/genere-uomo/ and all will be fine

I just ented your site: settings are OK

But one thing is add more memory for your site, just now its juts 512 MB

Hi Alex, we didn't change anything since the last time we talked.

What can we do? How can we display just the available categories in the filter? For example just the available brands?

Hello Serena

You need just replace links on drop-down menu on the screen to the right links:

Example:

All links which has tail like '/?swoof=1&genere=uomo&really_curr_tax=6026-product_cat replace' to links which you can generate by clicking on filter form from page https://www.spinnaker.ge.it/shop/ -> click -> copy -> paste/replace to menu item -> save
