Plugin is not compatible with mobile

99% of my customers are using mobile phones. I am having many issues trying to display the switcher in such a way it doesn't interrupt the user's view of the product. The widget is not an option because it takes up to much real estate for mobile, the dropdown menus are in the wrong position for mobile, I cant seem to find any solution. I would like to request a refund as this plugin is not suitable for mobile phones and all my customers use mobile which renders this plugin no good for my business.

Unfortunately, this is not a reason to the refund. Because it only depends on your theme: Widget layout and menu template .
If the theme has no place where you can put the currency switch - this is not my plugin's fault.
In any case, especially for such cases, the plugin has a free version. But you did not use it
I did actually use the free one first, but I thought the paid version would have more options to customize where you could put the switcher on a product page.
Here is a reason: It doesn't detect a user's currency automatically like it says it does. I have it installed now and have tested with a vpn in multiple currencies and browsers and it won't detect the currency...good enough reason?
And instead of answering as you have why didn't you offer solutions?
It has nothing to do with the template which is a basic Astra pro theme. It has nothing to do with the widgets. It has to do with how to display the switcher. How can I add the switcher like you show in the demo under the product price on a single product page?. And how can I make it auto detect a users currency?
Tell me how to get that done and I will be happy.
I am using a cached plugin and i see there is an option to turn that on. But it is not auto detecting a user's currency.

Is there any way you can check the site for me?.I have your plugin activated but want to make sure it is functioning correctly.The problem is it is live and I have customers on all the time. So I am a little afraid to mess it up. I was using the woobee switcher and everything seemed ok, and they came in and helped get it working with the TM extra products plugin, however you cant use a cached plugin if you want the auto-detect currency to work, so I have had many issues with customers.

Created a MaxMind key and saved it in woocommerce. Not sure if I am meant to set up those rules in the GeoIP Rules tab http://prntscr.com/rbybc8
added Maxmind, added GeoIP rules..changed the option in woo-commerce for cached plugin, selected"I am using cache plugin on my site".......using a VPN it is still not detecting currency....tried incognito browsers, tried different browsers....

I have followed the instructions from your link https://currency-switcher.com/how-to-insert-currency-switcher-into-single-product-page/ but can't get it to become visible on the product page. If I am using a child theme would the woocommerce folder need to go under the child theme?. Also do I actually remove the price.php from wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\single-product\price.php and add to the new folder or do I just duplicate it and add to the new folder?

On mobile there is quite a lot of white space. Is there a way to decrease the amount of whitespace http://prntscr.com/remwb3
The issue is it pushes down the image swatches to far for the customer to click and see the main product image for each swatch.
BTW thanks so much for all the help this really is an awesome plugin!
