Hello,

The currencies on the Orders page now only display in the default currency. Previously, the current shown was the currency that the customer paid in.

It sounds like a similar problem to this topic - https://pluginus.net/support/topic/checkout-works-fine-but-order-is-saved-in-default-currency/

I tried the suggestion given in that topic but the code in the screenshot is already commented out in version 2.3.4

Thanks,

Rich

Hello Rich

Paste your license key here - https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png -> https://c2n.me/42HBIt7.png and  wp-admin access - https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png I will  check

Maybe you accidentally pressed this button - https://c2n.me/49ZOyO8.png

Hi Pablo,

I've added my licence key and staging FTP details.

The 'recalculate all orders' button was not pressed. The problem affects both my live and staging site.

Hello

Please  check  your  access - https://c2n.me/4a324kf.png

Hi Pablo,

Please try again. Should work now.

Hello Rich

https://c2n.me/4a3CR18.png - I see orders in different currencies.  Maybe I misunderstood you

Hi Pablo,

The issue now only seems to affect my production site, however, I have now fixed it.

I had a function that restricted currencies based on the user role. This was incorrectly applying to the back-end too so I updated the code to exclude the admin.

See https://www.dropbox.com/s/vi4j7tzqf3k96dk/Screenshot_2020-12-02_at_17_39_12.jpg?dl=0

Bizarrely, the original code worked fine for several years and only recently caused issues in the back-end. But thankfully it's now resolved.

Thanks for trying to help!
