Hi team,

I currently updated to PayPal Payments, and now I'm receiving failed orders with the Mixed Currency error. My default currency is AUD but I do allow my customer to switch to USD using the FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin. I have listed the error code below. Do you mind checking to see why the currencies are mixing?

Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. Hello

What plugin version number are you using?

Paypal payment was made using the button on the product page (paypal express)?

Are you using GEOIP?

I am using plugin version Version 1.4.0, and GEOIP is turned on

I don't have PayPal Express. The shop is set up to use the PayPal Smart button on the product page, though. Is that what you mean or is PayPal Express a different PayPal feature?

Hello

the PayPal Smart button on the product page   - Yes, that's what I meant

but I do allow my customer to switch to USD -  Do you mean this setting? - https://c2n.me/4iqqUOx.png

Please  drop me exact  link to the  issue

I am not sure how to give you the link without access to the site. Would you like access to check on the FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce plugin?

Hello

I meant a link to your product that I can try to buy to get the error

If you do not want to post the link in a public forum, please, use the private data field - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Oh gotcha. It has been multiple items but here is one I have had fail from multiple purchases in the UK, Asia and US. https://madcreationshub.com/product/the-egg-fast-crate/

It looks like this issue is related to caching.

try  to  disable  cache and  do  a test

Check  option -  Currency storage as FOX session

The currency storage has been changed to FOX session.

If they would like to test without the cache. Please let me know if you have a query string that we can exclude.

You can bypass the caching using : https://madcreationshub.com/product/the-egg-fast-crate/?nowprocket

Hello

I don't think this link will help.

but I do allow my customer to switch to USD - describe in more detail what you did for this

I will try to describe the process.

When a user clicks on the paypal button, your site sends data to the payment system. then the payment system makes a request to your website to confirm the order. And maybe the currency is cached and your site places an order in another currency

for example if you use this link - https://madcreationshub.com/product/the-egg-fast-crate/?currency=USD - everything will work correctly.

if  no  luck - Can you drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png
