Why do you think WOOF will be better? How different from MDTF regarding the searching shortcode?

What I want to achieve with the shortcode here, on this page is
- instant search in product categories, BUT avoid the categories: in person courses, patterns and tutorials, free the rest you see in the category dropdown must be searchable
- search in attribute: level
- search in attribute: language

Can you please write me an example shortcode. Mine does nothing. Not searching at all.

1. This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products   )
2. Please  try to use  shortcode [woof_products taxonomies=product_cat:301 is_ajax=1] to show  products
