Hi, I have a problem on checkout.
As soon as I access the page I see the correct currency, but as soon as I add an upsell or change payment method, the report goes back to euro.

Do you use a custom code to change the currency depending on the language?

My test  - https://share.stackovergo.com/video/v20211115132631.mp4

Hi, i've just saved the private data

OK! Do you use a custom code to change the currency depending on the language?

You saw my test. I cannot repeat this error

also i can't recreate the error right away, but by adding some upsells and changing payment method

I am using your plugin to differentiate currency by language, no custom code

If it helps, we evaluated it with our technician and it seems that when I change the payment method, the system loses the status so it no longer understands what currency to use.

Hello

I am using your plugin to differentiate currency by language, no custom code - my plugin does not have this feature. You should disable this third-party functionality. As far as I know, if you do not enable support for ajax mode, WPML badly detects the current language. This can cause problems with this custom functionality.

 we evaluated it with our technician and it seems that when I change the payment method, the system loses the status so it no longer understands what currency to use. - What system? What status? Describe it in more detail, please

You also use third-party functionality for payment systems. Standard woocommerce does not redraw the cart when the user changes the payment method (obviously there are no standard hooks)

Hi, it seems that the problem is only related to iOS and MacOs operating systems.
On Android and Windows the problem cannot be recreated.

Hello

Ok!  Please disable this third-party functionality - https://c2n.me/4e5ziLd.png

we evaluated it with our technician and it seems that when I change the payment method, the system loses the status so it no longer understands what currency to use. - What system? What status? Describe it in more detail, please

And I will do the test on iOS  operating systems.

Hi Pablo, forgive me but I do not understand what you mean.

I haven't activated any other plugin that manages the currency for each language.

I'll show you how I set it up, through some screenshots.

thank you for your support

Hello

Sorry, your screenshots are closed

orgive me but I do not understand what you mean. - You have configured currency switching depending on the language - https://c2n.me/4e7skFd.png - But my plugin does not have this feature.

Hi Pablo

What I wanted to tell you, is that I'm not using any third party plugins on the currency, and I don't have any custom code to make the switch.

I just activated your plugin and see the currency switch, without doing anything else.

try with this link please

Hello

My  test - https://c2n.me/4e8dhd3 - Why does currencies switch depending on the language?

so, if I understand correctly, your plugin is not able to switch currency based on language.

so is another plugin doing this job in your opinion?

I found the script that updates the language and currency.

If I remember correctly though, I found it on your documentation.

/* currency wpml */
add_filter('wp_head', function() {
$lang = ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE;
global $WOOCS;
switch ($lang)
{
case 'ro':
$WOOCS->set_currency('RON');
break;
case 'hu':
$WOOCS->set_currency('HUF');
break;
case 'pl':
$WOOCS->set_currency('PLN');
break;
case 'en':
$WOOCS->set_currency('EUR');
break;
default:
$WOOCS->set_currency('EUR');
break;
}
});

Hello

Ok!  Great!

Please  delete  this  code and  do a test
