Is it possible to use Conversion Conditionally?

We are currently working on a client project and using your wonderful plugin on that, thanks for sharing such a wonderful product.
We are only using two currencies i.e., USD as base and CAD. We have done some customizations to the woocommerce and are able to add prices in both USD and CAD for a custom post type [tour]. Now the problem is that we only want auto conversions provided by your plugin to be applied only in cases where the price for CAD has not been provided, when adding a specific tour. In other words the entered price in CAD should take precedence over the automatic conversion being applied when currency is switched.
Is this possible? if yes can you give an indicator how to achieve this objective?

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.
all prices must be stored in one currency for correct work with the plugin
