Hello - I am finding that the price ranges that are displayed for variable products when logged in with a non guest account are incorrect. They are based on guest  prices instead of prices for the applicable role.

For example, if a product has variable prices for guest users that range from $10 to $58 and I log in with a role that should have prices ranging from $8 to $43, the price range displayed below the product title is still $10-$58. This issue goes away when I deactivate the WOOCS plugin.

Can anyone suggest a solution for this issue?

Thanks.

Hello

Are you using a third party plugin to change prices based on user role?

Read  this please - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hello:

Yes - I am using the Tyches plugin for user role based pricing:

Product Prices by User Roles for WooCommerce - Tyche Softwares

Would you consider building an adaptation script for this plugin?

Thanks.

Hello

Please  read  this  -  https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Add  wp-admin+FTP access to your  test site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

And I'll add it to the adaptation queue

Done. Thanks.

Hello

I added the plugin to the adaptation queue

Hello

Unfortunately, I do not see data for FTP access

please  add ftp host, login and  password

Now added. Thanks.

please  do a test

I am afraid I am not seeing any change in the price interval shown for the affected products. For example, the wholesale price interval for this product:

https://dunbarmedical.com/products/taping-wrapping-padding/athletic-tape/k-tape/dynapro-kinesiology-restoretape/

should be $8.00-$43.02 when logged in to a wholesale account but the staging site is still showing the public price range ($10.80-$58.08) for wholesale accounts.

Thanks.

Hello

Ok! Of course, nothing will change on this site, because I worked on a test site

My  test - https://c2n.me/4hsyEW9

OK - thanks. I can now see you created an additional price level for admin accounts.

I will take a look at those prices and get back to you.

Hello - I agree that the prices shown in your clip are correct for an admin account. But is there a reason why I cannot reproduce the same prices when I log into the staging site as an admin and view the same product?

Thanks.

Hello

Please  clear  all  cache  and  Ctrl+F5   and  do a test

I have cleared the browser cache and pressed Ctrl + F5 twice but I still do not see the same prices at my end that appear on your clip (when logged in as an admin). The prices I am seeing are those that would appear for a guest user.

Please advise.

Thanks,

Hello

Ok!  I  will check  it

Hello

Please  update  the  access  link

In the settings of the third-party plugin there is an option for compatibility with the currency switcher. Have you tried this?
