Hi,

I added it to the private box.  Please check again.  Thank you.

Hello

Please do a test

Hi Pablo,

I tested but it did not work and there is a parent/child indention issue.
https://ibb.co/20cCLxph

If you search for 'Sample Jeans', two results show up.  When you click on 'Alabama/Auburn University' filter on the left, it does not filter.  It should only show 'Sample Jeans' ONLY.  Sample Jeans 2 is 'North Dakota University'.

Hello

My  test  - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20250307125135.mp4

If you search for 'Sample Jeans', two results show up - Do you mean text search?

I see that you have customization on your site related to URL formation or redirection. In this case, the filter will not work. That's why I disabled SEO URL - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20250307131844.mp4

Hi,

It seems to be working now.  Thank you very much!

By the way, the search for 'Sample Jeans' I was referring to was using the search bar up top in my header.  I tested it again and the two products that show up can be filtered using the Husky filter.

The other thing I noticed though is that my site is very slow.  Earlier with WP Rocket it was running much faster but after you made your changes it slowed down.  Do you know how I can speed up the site?

Thank you again!

Hello

I just added exceptions, it couldn't slow down the site.

I think the problem is that new URLs are created and there is no cache on them yet

Hi,

I will look into that further...thank you.

Another issue is the filter font looks different on the main page.  I attached a screenshot that shows how the filter looks on different pages.  The parent/child filter also looks different on the main page.  Thank you.

Hello

Yes I see, it looks like your custom CSS code, remove it and everything will work fine - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250311122305.png

Thank you for locating the issue.

I looked at my Appearance/Customize/CustomCSS and could not find any code for  .woof_block_html_items ul.  I also looked in my 'Code Snippets' and there was nothing there either.

Where do I go to remove this code?

Could you give me the code I need to put in my CSS?

Thank you for your time.

Hello

Ok!  Please  add  CSS:

.woof .woof_childs_list {

padding: 0 0 0 17px !important;

margin: 0 !important;

Perhaps the problem is related to the optimization of your СSS code

Thank you again Pablo!

I appreciate you and your time.

Hello

Great! Welcome;)

Hi Pablo,

Is your filter able to be displayed vertically instead of horizontally? See link below.

https://ibb.co/HpRzvHky

Hello

Yes! you can try to use this shortcode [woof sid=" woof_auto_4_columns"]

Or use custom CSS

Hello,

When I go to my website, I can see all of my filters for a couple of seconds, and then all but two of them disappear. If you refresh my site, you can recreate this issue.

My website address is in the private text box.

Hello

Please update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

These filters disappear because they are empty, there are no elements.
