Hello,

My Hierarchy Dropdown Chain is not working at all. It was working on the shop page but now it does not work on shop page or on the home page with sort code. I have turned off any and all plugin that would affect the filtering.

Hello Pablo,

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes it does work now but it does not work how it did before. Before it allowed user to select all the options in the drop downs then hit "filter" to filter the results. I do not like it filtering as each level of hierarchy is selected. How can I make it so the user can select each level of hierarchry then hit "filter"?

Also the brand and product category standard drop downs are not working.

Hello

1) Yes it does work now but it does not work how it did before - my video: https://c2n.me/44Q60rc - It never worked differently.

2) This is a CSS conflict with the current theme - https://c2n.me/44Q6GGq

2) I removed the suggested CSS and it affected many other elements. Is there an other way to fix the drop downs? I have changed themes for now to work on bigger issues.

3) When I hit reset, site displays all products not product categories. I need it to display product categories. This https://test.toyotabuildersguide.com/shop/?swoof=1&paged=1 should look like this: https://test.toyotabuildersguide.com/shop/

4) When I select Year Make model and hit filter it display products outside their product categories. I need it to display the product categories.

5) How do I remove the green loading circle when new option is selected?

5) Home Page drop down short code still not working

6) how do I reorder the years in the drop down menu to put 2020 at the top?

7) when I select a product category then try to remove it with the red X in the drop down menu it does not remove.

Hello

2)  You need  to create  CSS  code.  Activate  this  theme I will try to fix it

3) Disable  Ajax  mode

4) On the shop page, the filter will show all products! On the category page, the filter will show products that belong to the category

5) Select  this option - https://c2n.me/44Se9Rp.png  AND  add  CSS:

#woof_html_buffer{
display: none !important;
}

5) Add  attribute  ajax_redraw=1

6) Use  this tool - https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-taxonomy-order-ne/

7) Please drop me FTP access

2) reactivated and thank you for the help

3) that made it so when an option is selected it removes products from categories.

4) I cannot have this. This is how I need it to work https://toyotabuildersguide.com/shop/ I am trying to use WOOF instead of WP Instinct and FACETWP. But I need it to work just like the shop in that link.

5) That worked, but how do I also make it stop loading until filtering button is selected

7) Added info in Private data Thank you

8) How would I add categories and or products that are not effected by the Year Make Model Taxonomy. I want products what would fit all vehicles to display when any Year Make Model is selected.

Hello

2) Do test please

3/4)  It seems I did not understand you. Make a video with the issue

5) It's impossible. The filter should  search  suitable parent elements.

7) Please  check  your FTP access( access folder )

8) In this case, the product must be marked all years

2) Looks good!

3/4) Did you look at https://toyotabuildersguide.com/  ? When Year, Make, Model is selected and searched the shop should displays ONLY relevant product categories no products. Then user selects a product category then it displays ONLY relevant product subcategories. Then shop displays products once product category and product subcategory are selected. This is the same for other filters, it should filter categories until at the lowest product category in product category hierarchy.

5)  https://demo.products-filter.com/working-with-hierarchy-drop-down/?swoof=1&paged=1 In your demo site this is how the hierarchy drop down works. User selects each of the three drop downs then presses filter. Nothing loads until filter is selected.

7) fixed.. I had to give you full server access. The site we are working with is in the test.toyotabuildersguide.com folder.

8) well that sucks but I guess I can make that work.

9) How to I make the drop down menus with check boxes full length of the list? I do not want user to have to scroll to see all items.

Hello

3/4) - When Year, Make, Model is selected and searched the shop should displays ONLY relevant product categories no products. - Not! This is a filter for products and not for categories.

5) I made the same settings for you.  And it worked the same way - https://c2n.me/44WseiJ.png

7) You disabled my plugin

9) Please  add CSS:

.woof_select_radio_check .woof_list_checkbox{

max-height: none !important;

}

3/4) In this video you sent it almost works but when filter it again removes products from categories ... https://clip2net.com/s/44Q60rc these are product categories and such the products are nested inside. How do I make this happen. These is an absolute must! Below is the user experience I need, please help me achieve this:

A) The user selects the Vehicle Year Make Model. Nothing loads until "search" is clicked
B) Visually display all Vehicle YMM relevant and universal fit top-level product categories images. No products displayed at this time only product categories. Sidebar: advance filtering options not selectable, or if selectable it removes irrelevant product categories.
C) Visually display all Vehicle YMM relevant and universal fit sub-level product categories images. No products displayed at this time only categories. Sidebar: advance filtering options not selectable, or if selectable it removes irrelevant product categories.
D) Displays all products for selected YMM in selected subcategories. Sidebar: Advanced filtering options now selectable. Brand, Color, lift height, material, price range, engine, and others.
5) then what happen and why does it no long work correctly.
7) I did not disable anything
9) worked

Hello

3/4)This is a filter for products. I do not have a ready-made solution for filtering categories

5)  I do not know what you have changed. Now you have disabled my plugin and I can’t check it

7)  Ok! But now this site does not have my filter https://c2n.me/450lR73.png

3/4) how much to build it?

5) I think you are looking at the wrong website. https://test.toyotabuildersguide.com/ is using WOOF plugin. https://toyotabuildersguide.com/ is what is using WP-Instinct and FacetWP and it works how I want it to but does not allow me to have an advanced filtering page because the two plugins do not talk to each other. That is why I am trying to use WOOF instead.

7) You are looking at the wrong website. https://test.toyotabuildersguide.com/ is using WOOF plugin

Hello

3/4) - I dont know. You should hire a developer

5) - This  option - https://c2n.me/451ZuVY.png

7 - https://c2n.me/451Z2j9.jpg  - Where can I find the folder for this site?
