Hi Pablo
It's been a while since we've tried to make this work. I did not get resolution from the PayPal Payments plugin as they claim their was working. I therefore reverted to purchasing another currency switcher plugin that is now working and meeting our requirements (by YayCommerce).
Thank you for all of your efforts so the many months trying to make this work.
You can now close this ticket.
