Hello,

I was just going over my taxes and orders analytics. I use https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-currency-switcher/8085217/comments and I have an issue. My store currency is in USD. But I also charge in EURO for European Union users. We also charge the VAT that belongs to the specific EU country.

Here is the issue; Even if someone is charged in EURO and also paid VAT, in the analytics side of Woocommerce where I check the orders, and the taxes collected, it shows everything in US DOLLAR. So even if it got charged in EURO. Is there a way to change this? Worst case custom development. I really need this fixed so that we can use the EU order analyitics for the Taxes.

BTW; If I click on the order receipt it shows the order in EURO. The problem is in the order analytics side, it just shows everything in USD even if it got billed in EURO.. Hopefully someone can help

BTW: It's for my woocommerce store..

Hello

Unfortunately this cannot be fixed.

Analytics must always be in the same currency (base currency). Otherwise, it will give incorrect data.

Is there nothing that can be done about this? Maybe custom code? Because it's really messed up for bookkeeping. If you do a lot of transactions especially.. Must be a way to fix this right? To auto convert the EURO sales into USD in analytics with current exchange rate. Or, atleast show the taxes analytics which is only for European Union in my case, only show those transaction in actual EURO charges.. Must be a way to fix this right?

Hello

Unfortunately not! The problem is that the woocommerce analytics function does not take into account currencies.  and if analytics do not convert all amounts into one currency, then the result will be incorrect. An  example:  10 usd + 22 eur + 12000 php = 12032 usd

Can you get this data in the reports? - https://c2n.me/4aCF5YA.png
