Hi,

I have encountered an issue whereby after auto submit, the dropdown is reset and all items are showing instead of those items supposed to be filtered. I did the site on another demo server and it works fine over there with the same setting.

From the support forum, I noticed there are users who face the same kind of issue. Is there any fast workaround for this as this is urgent?

Please use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to do so. The site is live so please do not deactivate the plugin. You can use Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to deactivate plugin or theme just for admin view.

When you click troubleshoot any of the plugins at the plugin list, the rest of the plugins will be deactivated.
