Hello!

I'm having an issue with your precious plugin - it adds the tax on top of the already-taxed price range in Woocommerce. The issue only concerns the very price range, since in the cart, everything is reflected just fine. This problem persists only when WOOCS is active.

In the Woocommerce"Taxes" tab prices are selected to be entered exclusive of VAT. Also, in the store as well as in the cart, the prices are selected to be shown VAT inclusive.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello

Please  drop  me  exact  link to the  issue

Do you use third party plugins to change prices?

Hello Pablo,

I'd like to, but I'm storing the webpage on localhost for now. I can provide you with any information you could ask. For the prices I'm using only WOOCS.

When I deactivate the plugin, the price range returns to normal value with single tax application. At a time when I activate WOOCS, it just doubles the tax.

Thank you!

UPD: the problem disappears after I set"Is multiple allowed" to No. The price range goes back to the single-taxed value (but the cart appears with the base currency which is not suitable).

Thought that this information could be useful for you.

UPD2: the problem disappeared but all the prices now are not getting converted to the second currency - even though the default currency is EUR and the second currency is PLN, the prices are still shown in EUR, regardless of the correct EUR/PLN conversion rate.

UPD3: after numerous manipulations with currencies (change from PLN to for example USD and back), switching the default currency (from EUR to PLN and back), I have a correct result now - the price range is in PLN and only single-taxed. Not sure what it was but I'm afraid this problem might return.

UPD4: the problem has returned... The only action that was taken since UPD3 - I've just copied a product. Sorry.

I would be very grateful for your assistance!

Hello

Please  to  test  disable  all  plugins  except  woo+woocs  and  do  a  test

Read  this  - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs/

Thank you, Pavlo!

Actually, I think I've located what was causing the conflict - Woocommerce variations. When the price range is double-taxed, after just pressing the"Save" button in the variations tab, the price range gets back to normal. Seems like I need to do it for every product separately to get prices to normal.

I didn't find the corresponding topic on the provided page (https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs/). Is there any chance that there's something to be used to solve this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi

I've tried it and unfortunately, it makes no effect - any of the products' price ranges changed. Maybe there's another way? Looking forward to your reply! Anything you need - just ask.

Hello

Ok! Unfortunately I have no other ideas
