I'm having an issue with the plugin on my website. The currency displays as CAD $218, but when added to the cart, it changes to CAD $304. How can this issue be fixed?

The price change on add to cart is usually caused by another plugin that recalculates the price at that moment, overriding the currency conversion done by FOX.
Please try the following: temporarily disable any other WooCommerce plugins that are related to pricing, price rules, discounts or currency conversion, then test again. This will help identify which plugin is causing the conflict. You can create stage site by duplicator and do your tests there to avoid broking of production site
