Конечно! Это испорченный параметр в GET запросе.
Подробнее - Вы добавляете слэш не в ссылку а в параметры переменной GET. По сути можно сделать так - https://www.drganja.com/cbd-flower?drganja_sorting=1&pa_cannabinoid=cbd&really_curr_tax=278-product_caty%D0%A0%D0%90-++%D1%88%D1%8Blku$^urcq. - и это будет равнозначно - испорченный URL
