Hi Pablo,

I had the admin access there but must have accidentally delete it when I updated the FTP login credentials since it was going to the wrong directory.

I included the login details again it the private data area.

I run the url with the 'test' key, without changing the key in the php code.

This is the result for USD https://www.screencast.com/t/4dzzKpQ3A7q

After running the test I manually forced the USD to update so they should be identical. They are not matching.

The conversion rate in the email I am getting from the php code is matching with the one that is output by the test run and not the backend one but the actual conversions seems to be done from the rate that is at the backend with the extra 3.5% surcharge for all not base currencies.

Hello

I disabled  all your  code.  Everything works correctly - https://c2n.me/45L8s4q.jpg AND https://c2n.me/45L8usR.png

You should hire a developer

Hi Pablo,

I can see now that the Surcharge with WOOCS.... php code effects the output of the value reported for the USD. What I do not understand why only the USD is effected. If that would not be the case I would have realized what is going on and simply would have back calculated for the email report. It reports the USD with the surcharge already added and reports that value for the USD but not for the other currencies which is strange.

I can also see that it only effect the currency that is straight below the home currency. When I swapped the USD to the CAD then only the CAD was effected by this and USD reported the correct rate this time.

Hello

Ok! Unfortunately customization of the code is not included in the support
