Hi, we seem to be having issues again with transactions. For example, a customer just booked and was charge $7 for a $100 transaction. This was happening before too , it is not the first time. Consequently the customer pays, then we need to tell them sorry, our website glitched, and we then need to send them a payment link for the balance..

Also When the chosen currency is selected, the Pre Sale amount remains in the original currency amount BUT the Currency symbol changes to the selected currency, the Sale amount Does correctly change to the chosen currency. So we we have Presale amount left in Thai baht with an Australian $ symbol next to it, and beside that the correct converted AUD amount.

Default currency is Thai Baht, if you go to this tour https://www.phuketdreamcompany.asia/tours/half-day-sunset-phiphi-maya-khai-phuket/

Try to change to AUD and check out and see what happens, totally different amounts, very incorrect. It is crazy. This happens a lot, how can we fix this?

I mean what is this? Look at this? It is crazy!

I had to disable the plug, it got worse and worse showing prices 10 to 20 x higher than they are in the correct base currency. I really like your plugin, but we simply cannot work like this. We need this plugin, I have tried clearing site cache, Cloudflare cache, it gets worse every time, I deactivated the plugin, cleared all caches, the reactivated, still worse and worse

We have not added anything new to the site, this just happens. I apologise for all the posts, your system will not allow me to edit my old posts to add to it.

Hello

Please renew  your   support

It looks like a conflict with a third party plugin

Read  this - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs

Hi, I have followed the instructions on the link you provided and submitted new topic, please let me know if this is what I was supposed to do? I got this message in return?

Maximum is reached for today!

Do I have to pay for support again?

I cannot find where to pay for support again? I have looked everywhere, Themeforest, on here on your support, I have followed all links, I cannot see where to pay for support again. I tried what you said"Maximum is reached for today!"  Not sure what to do

Even after deactivating, your plugin altered the Woo Commerce setting base currency from Thai baht to Japanese Yen. So our last order was charged in YEN and your plugin is not even active? I have changed it back now again. PLEASE HELP! This is very embarrassing.

Hello

Have you identified which plugin is causing the conflict (some  booking  plugin)?

to add this plugin to the adaptation queue.  Please  add wp-admin+FTP  access to  your  test  site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

And  I  will  add  it  to  adaptation  queue

Do I have to pay for support again?  -  Yes! The plugin support period for your license has expired in 2021

I cannot find where to pay for support again?  - You can do it on the page where you bought the plugin https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230630110103.png

Even after deactivating, your plugin altered the Woo Commerce setting base currency from Thai baht to Japanese Yen  - My plugin can't do this. It looks more like this currency was enabled in the Woocommerce settings before the plugin was installed, after installing my plugin they changed the currency (in the FOX settings) to THB. Therefore, after disabling the plugin, the old settings returned. Just change currency in woocommerce settings

Hi, I have no idea how to find out what plugin is causing the issue, all has been working fine for the last 8 months or more and we have not changed anything or added any new plugins, so I gather it must be due to some kind of update on one of them, I have no idea.

I do not know how to give you FTP access, but I can provide you with CPanel login if that will work? I don't see anywhere I can send to you securely here, so let me know where I can do so please.

On the page where I bought the plugin on Themeforest there is no option to renew support like the image you have given me. please see below; This is in my logged in dashboard on Themeforest. I cannot see a renew support anywhere.

I added Cpanel Login to Private Data Section.

I have also now renewed support.. I apologise my Brave Browser was Blocking some access to the site, I have now PAID

Did you find a plugin that causes an incompatibility? - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230630132525.png

Or, as I understand it, you use a custom theme for the booking functionality

Sorry no, I don't know how to, and we have a lot of new partners looking at the website this and next week and I do not want to take any chances and mess up our site. We already had to refund a couple of times.

I have no idea how to find out which plugin is causing it. Our developer took a look yesterday and the day before and cannot find the cause of the issue, so we just deactivated your plugin as it made us look unprofessional

We use a theme we bought on Themeforest built for travel, it has had customisations done and uses a lot of plugins, nothing new has been added in the past 6 months and the site has been working fine until 2 days ago

I understand you, but...

I am sure that if we disable this third-party functionality (booking)  - conversion and prices will work correctly.  We can just write that this is a booking plugin/theme issue - it's incompatible with multicurrency.

And the incompatibility solution is not included in the support.  But we are ready to help you and spend our resources (which is much more than the cost of support). Therefore, I ask you to cooperate with us. Please follow the recommendations that we ask, especially since you wrote you have a developer (anyone can do this). In another case, instead of solving compatibility problems, our developer ($50/h) should set up FTP access and look for which plugin or theme changes prices (no one knows this better than you because this is your site).

Create a test site (clone on a sub domain) - It will help you a lot not only in this case but also in the future. This will improve the stability and reliability of your site.

And plus we won't be able to work on a live site, it's dangerous for your business

find the plugin or theme that is causing this conflict (very easy to do on a test site) - disable the plugin one by one and test

Set up FTP access to the test site

OK thanks, My developer is now on holidays for over 5 weeks, and I have no idea what to do, so we will just have to forget about it and not use your plugin. I am not a developer

Everything is working fine if your plugin is not active, we have a lot of quotes for bookings out right now and new business partners looking at the site. I have no idea what to do except maybe look at another currency plugin to see if that might work.

The Travel Booking Plugin is part of the theme, it was made by the theme developers. It is not a Third Party Plugin. I would have to say that it is your plugin that is the one causing the issues as we have only ever had these issues since we started using your plugin.

It is a shame because I really like your plugin, but I am not paying $50 an hour to fix something when our sites works well with out it.

Hi, OK, I have managed to get in touch with our Hosting Company support: They have created a Staging site for us and they have also set up FTP access to it. I have added the access details in the Private Section..

I have gone through all the plugins turned off 1 x 1 on staging site and no changes to the incorrect currency display, the only one I can see effecting this is when I deactivate the"ConversioBot" plugin:

But I am not sure. Nothing at all changes or fixes the weird currency display numbers if I deactivate any of the other plugins.
