Hi, I'm using WOOCS V2.3.8. On desktop it works fine. However, on mobiles and iPads, it simply disappears (not being shown). I read through many past support tickets, but have not been able to find one solution that is applicable for our site (https://hellonightkids.com.au). Please help.

Your current theme uses two different menus.  You added the switcher to the menu for desktop. Now you should add the switcher for the mobile menu

Thanks for the"discovery", as I am not terribly familiar they away menus are handled, I might need to do a bit searching around to see if I can find something on the net.  Meanwhile if it is not too much trouble for you, can you please give me some hints? Thanks in advance.

Try going to the menu settings page. Perhaps you will find the mobile menu there - https://c2n.me/4gH6tZJ.png OR  you can find it in the theme settings
