OK! Make the entire table load at once, without lazy loading
i am not using any kind of lazy load though , i am using tables press plugin , can you guide me for where i can make it load at once

You should ask the author of this third party plugin for this.
the plugin support replied we dont use lazy load , and for i also installed wp lazy load disable plugin and still it doesnt work !

It looks like your server doesn't have enough resources
try to increase - post_max_size and max_input_vars
