Hello,

We are continuing to experience conversion issues on our site,"learn.ogtrading.biz":

  • When an invoice is refunded through the WooCommerce order screen, and then the currency is converted, the refund amount changes its currency symbol but does not recalculate the amount correctly. (The numerical value remains in euros).
  • The values for PayPal Refund, PayPal Payment, and PayPal Net Total are not converted; only the currency symbol changes.
    This results in incorrect sums and totals.
  • Additionally, Stripe fees are often not converted correctly when we change the order’s currency.
    I saw your code to insert into the Stripe plugin, but it is not compatible with the plugin we are currently using

We are currently using"Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce" (version 3.3.76) instead of the official Stripe plugin, and "WooCommerce PayPal Payments" (version 2.9.3) for PayPal.

Hello

When an invoice is refunded through the WooCommerce order screen  - Do you mean the order page in the admin panel?

What plugin version number are you using?

We are using the latest version of the plugin, which is constantly updated automatically.

 

For refunds, we use the administrator panel. Is it the right way?

And for payment, Paypal offical plugin, 2.9.3 version.

Are you using a third party code to change the currency?

I did a test with another payment system - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20241106120448.png - it works correctly

No, we aren't using any other third party code.

Maybe the problem is connected with PayPal plugin?

We did all the tests and came to the conclusion that the conversion problem is related to payments made on paypal. look at the screens attached.

We have conducted some tests, but the situation seems unchanged; we continue to encounter conversion issues.

Commissions, payments, and PayPal refunds are not being converted.

If a discount code is applied, the discount amount is not being converted.
