Dear MDTF Team,

For one of our projects I would like to customize the"No items found" output. I've tried a few things, but so far I can not find any way to change this text (to a different language) and I would like to add some custom PHP code to show the 6 latest posts. I've tried to create a if / else statement with if have_posts in my custom MDTF template (/any/post/index.php), but without result.

The text / content I would like to change (no items found)

My custom template for posts

Could you explain a way to change the"no items found" text and the place to add some extra (custom) code?

Thank you in advance,
Luuk

Hello Luuk

you can translate it like a regular string

this code is located - \wp-content\plugins\meta-data-filter\classes\shortcodes.php ->https://share.stackovergo.com/image/i20220518075235.png

Dear Pablo,

Thank you for your response and help! I was able to fix it.
Is it possible to place the shortcodes.php file into my own theme so it will not be overwritten when the plugin gets updated?

Hello

Unfortunately there is no such feature.
