This support system is for all types of the plugins as for premium versions, so for free ones! If you not got email within 24 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. DO NOT ANSWER ON EMAILS [noreply@pluginus.net] FROM THE FORUM!! Emails are just for your info, all answers should be published only here.
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

Hi, I have woocommerce chained products, I just installed the premium version of currency switcher, chained products was working fine, but now when I add a product to the cart which is using chained products the price is wrong, see https://smartturnout.com/wordpress-woocommerce/product/brunel-watch-silver-black-leather-edition/ - if in $s, the product is $320, but when you add to cart it is adding $50 which is the price of the chained product, this should not happen, it should still be $320. Can you help?

I followed that link but I can not see where to enter the request? I have to go live with this website on Thursday, seems IF you do it it wont be until friday? I need to get this sorted, if we can not it is going to set me back a long time

 seems IF you do it it wont be until friday?  - I do adaptation only on Fridays. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that I can do this this Friday. Because we have other plugins for adoption.

 I have to go live with this website on Thursday - In this case, you should hire a developer
